JOB PURPOSE
To provide administration and support to the survey and design team to help achieve
successful delivery of allocated retrofit projects. You will work as part of the operations team covering a wide variety of administration tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing, quality control and tracking for a wide range of retrofit documents.
• Upload documents to an online portal, as part of the retrofit lodgement process.
• Accurately updating Project Status spreadsheets to reflect progress.
• Communication with the team and clients to rectify document errors and missing data.
• Other administrative tasks to support the Operations, Survey and Design Teams.
KEY PERSONAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
• You must possess excellent attention to detail and be willing to take responsibility and ownership of all areas of your work.

JOB PURPOSE
This is a strategic role designed to help take Coactivation to the next level. It will form part of the senior leadership team and offers the role holder the potential to shape the direction of the business as we look to continue our high growth trajectory.

To lead the in-house PAS2035 Retrofit Assessor team, helping to upskill the team to expand our range of survey offerings.
To oversee work undertaken by subcontract surveyors and Retrofit Assessors.
To liaise with Retrofit Coordinators, designers, client site teams and project managers to plan and delivery work effectively and in line with programme requirements.
To support the sales process, providing estimated costs and sales collateral for quotations.
To drive new business development, helping to diversify our survey offering.
KEY PERSONAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
You will be:
Passionate about net zero carbon and in particular reducing the carbon emissions from existing buildings.
Motivated to help lift social tenants, private rental tenants and homeowners out of fuel poverty through high quality retrofit.
Experienced in delivery of surveys for energy efficiency retrofit, with a minimum of 5 years UK based post qualification experience.
Experienced in delivery of stock condition surveys for housing associations and local authorities.
Excited by the prospect of taking a leading role within a growing business specialising in energy efficiency retrofit.
Determined to succeed and ambitious, willing to go the extra mile to achieve personal and professional success.
A Chartered Surveyor MRICS, qualified DEA and Retrofit Assessor.

JOB PURPOSE
To lead the installation and maintenance of Solar PV, battery storage and EV charging points in domestic and commercial properties, providing a friendly and professional customer experience.
To support our retrofit delivery teams in providing electrician support to the installation of energy efficiency measures such as low energy lighting and loft insulation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
Overall team leadership of the Solar PV installation team, liaising with the Managing Director to plan and deliver installations.
Installation, testing and commissioning of roof mounted solar PV panels, installation of battery storage and EV charging points and both domestic and commercial properties.
Carrying out all installations in a timely and safe manner.
Generation of documentation required to secure MCS certification.
Carrying out maintenance on previously installed systems.
Provision of electrician support to retrofit installation teams.
KEY PERSONAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
NVQ Level 3 qualified electrician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection.
BPEC Solar PV Installation, City & Guilds 2399 or similar.
CSCS/ECS/JIB card holder.
You will have at least 2 years of residential or commercial solar PV installation experience.
You will have a full, clean driving license and be willing to work nationwide, although work will predominantly be in the East Midlands region.
You’ll have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage
own time effectively.
You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and
maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships.

JOB PURPOSE
To provide retrofit assessment support to retrofit project delivery teams, ensuring that the
interests of the client and Coactivation are safeguarded.
To provide energy reports, condition reports and professional expertise and support, working directly with client project delivery teams to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to a high level of quality.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To undertake on site energy assessment and retrofit assessment surveys as required,
including overnight stays where needed.
Produce energy performance reports, energy performance certificates, condition reports
and other related reports in line with project needs.
Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers.
Complete administration duties relating to projects alongside the Operations team.
Liaise with other Coactivation staff members effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, homeowners, and internal staff.
KEY PERSONAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
You will have a building surveying qualification, ideally to HND or Degree level.
You will be DEA qualified, holding a level 3 diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment and
you will have completed a Retrofit Assessor upskill course.
You will have independent Trustmark Registration through an accreditation scheme, ideally Elmhurst.
You will have at least 1 year of residential sector surveying experience, including experience of delivering retrofit assessments.
You will have a full, clean driving license and your own vehicle for work use.
